Terrible sizing and customer service reps. Followed their sizing charts to a T and nothing fit properly. Then no exchanges. That way they can take as much time as They like to refund your money. I ordered a replacement paid for this item and sent to big item back on the same day. 2 weeks later they took the money put for the second order different size but no return processed. 3 weeks no return processed. Called coolibar customer service representative said this is how online shopping works. Nope I only online shop and have never waited this long for my refund. Not only am I waiting for the refund I have to speak to rude customer service representatives.
Everything else is going back and I will order from an online store that knows how to treat customers.

Placed an order in the end of March. Returned 2 items in May and have yet to receive credit! It is now the middle of June. I was informed by an employee that they are way behind in their returns. I suggested driving to their warehouse in St. Louis Park MN and she advised me they are not open. She stated they don't have the resources! So no employees? They sure charge your card immediately! Last year I never received a return label. I paid to send something back and they still charged me 6.95. Going elsewhere for sun protection clothing!

I placed my order May 20 and it’s almost been a month. No one seems to know where my package is and the customer service reps are rude land condescending. It’s awful that a premium product has such horrible channels representing it!

On May 8-th, I ordered two sun hats (not at a discount or anything like that), with express delivery with the expectation to arrive within a week, max, for the golf season here in Toronto. Now it is May 31st and nothing yet. Have tried to message and even called them and they make no sense with their replies. Just giving me a runaround. Just bad experience.

I ordered a dress at a limited time discount - not clearance. I checked the sizing chart and was positive based on the chart that my order should be size medium. When the dress arrived it was to small so I thought I would exchange it for a size large since I really liked the dress . GUESS WHAT? They DON'T do exchanging! You have to return it then purchase all over again and not at the discount price. They also charge $6.95 for the return. I have NEVER ordered anything that wouldn't do an exchange. Now I'm wondering if I will ever get a refund! I will never do business with Coolibar again.
Their customer service is absolute garbage. They have no staff outside of M-F 9-5 and you can't get order information or cancel an order; whoever answers the phone "takes a message". Email is no good either. First person I s/w hung up the phone trying to transfer me.
Customer services is rude!!! Spoke with Tara or Taren, she yelled at me the whole time even when I asked her to not raise her voice since I heard her clearly. Every question I asked she answer with anger and frustation, still wonder what she is doing in customer services? Very frustrating customer services, my last purchase, I regretted expending more than $2,000 in that store.
Been two weeks since i order, one week since they gave me a invalid tracking number.
No where I could contact them.

I bought the "Women's Convertible Boating Hat" in size S/M. It was huge. I assumed they had sent the Men's version of the hat by mistake. It turns out the hat is "unisex" and not a Women's hat at all. I asked for a refund and return since their description of the product was wrong. The refused to pay for the return shipping and charged me $8 to return it. FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Their customer service took weeks to reply. On Amazon, they do free returns, so it very strange that when buying directly through coolibar.com I get burned. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I had given my daughter in law a gift certificate from Coolibar—I had called them and paid by credit card over the phone. A year later my daughter in law had still not used it because when she tried to use it, they said they weren’t accepting gift certificates. Then Covid hit and they weren’t taking any calls. I waited until about a month ago and I got through on an email and received an answer saying no gift certificates, but there was a phone number on it so I called. Went round and round with the lady who thought I wanted to use a visa gift card. Finally got it through her head, but then she insisted I had to pay the WHOLE amount of the item and then the amount of the gift certificate would be credited back. I objected, but finally gave in so my daughter in law could at least get something! Hat was delivered 10 days ago, but still no credit on my bill!
Customer service sucks. When you try to return a product suddenly, you get disconnected on the phone, they claim they never received the product back or that it is in their 3 day return quarantine. But it has been almost a month!!!
